RESIDENTIAL
CRGBD have extensive experience in the residential sector. We have worked on large mixed use schemes incorporating hundreds of apartments with centralised energy centres to individual 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses. We have broad knowledge of the latest planning requirements for residential projects of all types and like to be involved early to bring our experience to the design process.
We believe this brings added value to the project close to its inception. Not only do we design from RIBA Stages 2 – 4, we carry out detailed site inspections during the construction phase to ensure installation standards are adhered to.

COMMERCIAL
CRGBD have over 30 years’ experience working in the commercial sector, ranging from large new-build 50,000m2 CAT A offices to small CAT B refurbishment works. We also undertake Condition and Dilapidation surveys of existing offices spaces and have strong knowledge in various building certification schemes including BREEAM, WELL, SKA and Wired Score.
We have collaborated with various clients and architects over the years, each with their own unique design approach. We like to get involved early in the design process to present engineered solutions that are sensitive to the architectural aspirations, whilst still achieving the best possible energy and environmental results for the project.
HOTEL & SERVICED ACCOMMODATION
CRGBD have experience developing hotel designs with various hotel operators. We acknowledge that each operator likes to service their hotel in a slightly different way to create familiarity across their portfolio of hotels.
We work with the operators’ brand standards and incumbent service teams to best develop a design that meets and exceeds their expectations, thus ensuring the best possible experience for hotel guests.
COMMERCIAL TO RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS
We also specialise in commercial to residential renovation development projects which we project manage offering a turn-key service with the option of a joint venture operation if it suits both parties.
CGPI is currently working on a wide variety of projects across the North West of England including a large commercial to residential apartment scheme, university student accommodation in three cities and various residential landlord joint venture schemes.
