SOURCING PROPERTIES FOR PROPERTY INVESTORS

• CGPI Property Sourcing Procedure

• Investors receive an email & text to inform them of any new properties available.
•  
• We appraise the properties and send them to the investors on our database.
•  
• If the investor is interested in a property they inform us.
•  
• We then arrange a call (Zoom) to explain the details of the property more thoroughly.
•  
• If the investor is happy to proceed we forward the terms of sale and invoice for the finders fee.

• Once the signed terms of sale and payment are received a call (Zoom) is arranged to disclose full property details to the investor.

• We then instruct the selling agents on which investor is buying the property via email.

• The property is then marked SSTC.
